	Customer Support Representative

Do you need IT personnel to support your customers ? Our staff have both the technical knowledge and verbal abilities to answer your customers in a skilled, polite and professional manner. We help your customers to satisfactory and give your business a good name.

Customer Support Representatives are hired on monthly basis. First determine how much time you need from a support representative daily. You may choose between 2, 4, 6 and 8 hours. For each hour the monthly cost in advance is $200. In addition you pay per customer communication.

Customer communication 1 to 10: $10 each
Customer communication 11 to 140: $5 each
Customer communication 141 and above: $2.5 each

If a communication takes more than 15 minutes it is counted one extra e.g. if a communication takes 40 minutes, it is counted as 15 min + 15 min + 10 min = 3 customer communications.

The monthly price does not include weekends or holidays.

Customer representation is available in English and Swedish.
