Payment Policy

Methods of payment
Currently we accept PayPal and E-Gold. Credit cards are accepted through PayPal.

Transaction Fees
You pay for the transaction fees of the payment processor:
For paypal it is $0.30 + 4%
For e-gold we apply 10%

Due date
Products and Services are paid in advance if nothing else is agreed. If we give client credit to the delivery date, client is expected to pay on delivery date. If any issue remains, it will be taken care by our support guarantee. However the billed amount must be paid regardless of any issues.

Late payment
Late payment fee is $5.00 USD or 10% of the amount which ever is higher. It may be furnished on the day after invoice due date which may or may not be different than service due date. Every 30 days since the original invoice due date, client will be billed an additional $5.00 USD or 10% which ever is higher.

Refunds and chargebacks
All claims must be communicated to us through our support. All chargebacks or disputes that suspends our payments are seen as fraud and a direct violation of our terms of services.
Penalties
Finexe may close the client account or terminate its services upon unpaid or reversed invoices as well as take legal action or/and use debt collection agencies to receive payment.
